How does the ordering process work?

All online orders must be pre-paid on our website before pick up. Customers will need to show a valid ID 21+. You can shop using our website’s menu and choose a pickup or delivery timeframe. 

How will I get order tracking/updates?

We can either text or email you regarding your order. You can then choose a timeframe for when you want your delivery.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in Westchester County.

When is the latest time I can place an order?

For in-store pick up, the latest time you can place an order is one hour before closing time for that day.

For delivery, orders placed before 10:00am we can do same day delivery between the timeslots you choose. Any orders after that time will require next day delivery or future days.

What are your delivery fees? Is a minimum purchase amount required?

We have a $10 delivery fee and minimum purchase of $100.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on flower, edibles, and concentrates. You can return faulty vapes.
